Hall Pricing

You may choose either a venue rental or an all-inclusive package as follows:

Venue Rental Only:

Price includes:
Rental of the hall and the outside patio, round tables & banquet chairs up to 400 guests, basic table linens, all service tables, bartenders, and security officers.

Monday-Thursday (4pm - Midnight) $2,800 plus tax
Friday & Sunday (4pm - Midnight) $3,850 plus tax

Saturday (4pm - Midnight) $4,500 plus tax

All–inclusive Reception Packages:

Our all-inclusive packages include:

10 passenger Limo service from ceremony site to Estrella Vista Reception Center
8 hr rental of hall with outdoor patio
Set-up and clean-up
60 inch round tables and banquet chairs (tables seat 8-10 per table)
Floor length linens (in black, ivory or white)
Colored linen overlays (over 95 colors)
Chair covers with colored sashes
Elegant table decorations to include: mirror centerpieces with votive candles and 40-inch high silk floral arrangements
Skirting and floral arrangements on bridal table, cake table, and sign-in table
Table set up with linens for DJ and gift tables
Separate Men’s and Women’s dressing rooms
Beverage supplies and ice
Champagne (or Sparkling Cider) toast for bride and groom and bridal party
Bartenders
Security
Elegant silver punch fountain with unlimited lemonade or fruit punch during the reception

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Pricing Our outdoor wedding ceremony pricing includes:

To reserve a date A deposit and a signed rental agreement are required to reserve a date. Final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to the event. An additional $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required at the time final payment is made. Damage deposits are not applied towards the rental of the facility. The damage deposit will be refunded approximately 2 weeks following the event, provided all terms of the rental agreement have been met. All pricing is subject to change without notice unless a date has been reserved..

Estrella Vista Reception Center has a Class 7 liquor license (Beer and Wine only). All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the Center. Refreshments of any kind may not be brought into or leave the Center.
